1. Sensor failure
The baling machine of the waste paper baler blocks the photoelectric sensor, and the signal will be transmitted to the computer system to control the baler work. If a block or strong light is placed next to the sensor, the sensor will work normally.
2. LS5 switch contacts are not closed
Another reason why the baler does not stop working is that when the LS5 switch is reset to zero, the contact is not closed, so as long as the power is on, the baler cannot stop working.
3. The LS1 switch is faulty or damaged
If there are sundries at the contact of the LS1 switch, the contact and the shrapnel will be stuck, or the LS1 switch itself will be damaged, so that the automatic baler cannot work normally after the tape is inserted.
