The quality of the oil pump installation has a very important influence on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation and correction work must be carried out carefully and not hasty. The support or base of the hydraulic pump should be strong and firm, and the pump shaft of the hydraulic pump should be well aligned with the motor.
3. If the pump speed is not properly selected, it will also affect the working performance of the pump. If the oil suction pipe and the oil discharge pipe joints are not well sealed, air will intrude. Hydraulic oil, the oil viscosity is too high, it will increase the oil absorption resistance, easy to appear cavitation phenomenon, so that the pressure and flow are insufficient;
4. The installation height, length and pipe diameter of the suction pipe of the oil pump should meet the calculated values, and strive to be short and reduce unnecessary losses (such as elbows, etc.); and ensure that the pump does not exceed its allowable NPSH when it is working. The inner diameter of the oil suction pipe should not be less than the specified requirements, the oil suction pipe should not be too long, and the 90-degree bend should not exceed two. If it is connected to the oil pump inlet by a soft short connection, the installation height of the oil pump should be such that the hydraulic oil can flow to the oil pump suction port by itself.
5. If the viscosity of the oil is too low, it will increase leakage, reduce the volumetric efficiency, and easily inhale air, causing impact or crawling. Hydraulic oil tank, small oil tank capacity and poor heat dissipation conditions will make the oil temperature too high, which often brings many problems.
6. The oil tank capacity is too large and the oil level is too low, which may make the hydraulic pump unable to absorb oil; improper height of the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump, too small diameter of the oil suction pipe and too small oil passage section of the filter will affect the oil suction resistance. Impurities are not well deposited in the fuel tank, and iron filings, dust and impurities from the outside are not well sealed, all of which will cause pump failure. The environment is not clean and the civilized production is not paid attention to, so that iron filings, impurities and dust are mixed into the oil, which will affect the normal operation of the system in the light, and the life of the pump in the serious.
7. The location where the oil pump is installed should be spacious enough to facilitate maintenance work. After the hydraulic oil pump of the waste paper baler is installed, check the temperature and vibration of the bearing during the trial operation as follows: Loosen the coupling and place it on the pump shaft and the base of the electric oil pump with a spirit level, and adjust the level of the unit by adjusting the wedge pad. , properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent movement.
