There is a cooler on the circuit to control the temperature of the hydraulic oil well. A pressure gauge and a safety valve are provided at the oil inlet of the loading cylinder of the main cylinder, and the unloading is performed when the pressure is too high.
Compression mold cylinder loading system: The compression mold cylinder loading system and the main cylinder use the same plunger pump for loading, and the hydraulic oil loads the compression mold through the three-position four-way reversing valve. The electromagnet is energized to turn on the right position of the three-position four-way reversing valve, and the pressure is transferred from the hydraulically controlled check valve and the speed regulating valve to the die cylinder. When the packing is finished, the electromagnet is energized, so that the left position of the reversing valve is connected. The hydraulic oil pressure is higher than the set constant force of the hydraulic control one-way valve, the one-way valve is reversely connected, and the pressure oil of the die cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the one-way valve, so that the die cylinder is unloaded and returned.
