4. Hydraulic pump suction
The intake air of the hydraulic pump is mixed with the air in the oil too much, forming a "cavitation phenomenon", and under the high hydraulic shock, it is accompanied by strong vibration and noise, resulting in a rapid temperature rise.
5. Component wear
Severe wear on hydraulic system components can cause the system to overheat. Many parts of the components in the system rely on sealing gaps. Once the hydraulic components are worn, this will lead to increased internal leakage, resulting in increased temperature, reduced oil viscosity, and finally further increased internal leakage, resulting in oil temperature.
